Esprow, a leading global provider of testing and compliance automation solutions for the financial industry, announces the release of its new version of ETP Studio, the leading industry solution for FIX API testing. The enhancements include several new features to keep pace with the evolving electronic trading landscape.
ETP Studio is a sophisticated and versatile FIX-testing and simulation tool for financial markets. With this new release, interactive testing of FIX and non-FIX APIs will be better supported through the enhanced replay of production log files of any size, at any speed, without significantly impacting performance. Esprow also introduced additional support for proprietary log files that can now contain any text along with FIX strings.
New features for checking message latencies on fast connections as well as an included Java JRE are also part of this release, making it easier to deploy ETP Studio to a large number of users within enterprise environments.

Additional support includes improved encoding and decoding of ISO headers, the display of ISO messages’ raw data, the display of protocol-specific data, and full support for ISO 20022 dictionaries and messages.”
This release also introduces new capabilities to manage files, both local and remote, iterating over file collections and folders, and enabling end-to-end testing of heterogeneous banking systems based on modern electronic messaging and legacy file-based technologies.
Additionally, upgraded support for the ION Fidessa FCI log file format is provided as part of keeping ETP Studio aligned with the evolution of third-party platforms.
