We may suspend, disable or restrict access to any client login area or portal at any time where we reasonably consider it necessary for security, legal, operational or compliance reasons.

Without limiting the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Esprow's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall not exceed SGD100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Esprow reserves the right, without notice and in its discretion, to suspend, restrict, terminate or block your licence to use the Website, and your access to all or any part of the Website, where Esprow considers it appropriate, including where you are in breach of these Terms or where this is necessary for security, legal, operational or compliance reasons.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esprow, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:
